摘要
目的探索研究生科研志向的影响因素与培养科研志向的科研思政教育措施。方法采用整群抽样方法,邀请黑龙江省某医科大学卫生事业管理学院学术型研究生填答问卷,运用统计描述与逻辑回归探索研究生科研志向的影响因素与评价导师相关培养行为。结果跨专业背景(OR=14.062)、科研价值认同感(OR=4.150)与科研兴趣(OR=3.766)是研究生科研志向水平的主要影响因素;对学生科研兴趣的培养(315分)、对学生科研想法的倾听(336分)与对学生科研价值认同的培养(337分)是得分较低的三项导师培养行为。结论应注重以实际应用价值为导向的研究生科研兴趣与价值认同培养,在各个科研实践环节中融入思政教育。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of graduate students’scientific research ambitions and the measures of scientific research Ideological and political education.Methods Using cluster sampling method,the full-time academic graduate students of health management department in a medical university in Heilongjiang province were invited to fill in the questionnaire,and using statistical description and logistic regression to explore the influencing factors of graduate students’scientific research ambitions and the cultivation behaviors related to evaluation tutors.Results Interdisciplinary background(OR=14.062),scientific research value identification(OR=4.150)and scientific research interest(OR=3.766)were the main influencing factors of graduate students’scientific research ambitions.The cultivation of students’interest in scientific research(315 points),listening to students’ideas on scientific research(336 points)and the cultivation of students’recognition of scientific research value(337 points)are three tutor Cultivation Behaviors with low scores.Conclusion We should focus on the cultivation of graduate students’scientific research interest and value identification oriented by practical application value.Integrating Ideological and political education into various scientific research practice links.
