“以学生为中心”的《卫生事业管理学》课程线上线下混合式教学设计 被引量:1

摘要 “以学生为中心”的教育模式是高等教育发展的必然趋势,各学科课程为此开展了广泛的改革探索,卫生事业管理本科教学亦是如此。作为培养卫生管理专业学生理论与实践能力的核心专业课程,对《卫生事业管理学》课程教学模式进行持续、深入的改革探索是完善该课程教学体系的必然要求。因此,文章在“以学生为中心”思想指导下,针对《卫生事业管理学》教学中存在的学生专业认同感低、学习动力不足、实践教学薄弱等“痛点”问题,进行线上线下混合式教学方案的理论探索。通过对改革目标、课程特点、实际学情等问题的综合思考,系统论述该模式下教学目标、教学流程、教学方法的设计以及实施中需要注意的问题,以期为深化《卫生事业管理学》课程线上线下混合式教学改革提供理论依据。 The"student-centered"education model is an inevitable trend in the development of higher education,and the curricula of various disciplines have been extensively reformed and explored for this purpose,and the teaching of health management has also been reformed.As a core professional course to cultivate theoretical and practical abilities of health management students,a continuous and in-depth reform exploration of the teaching mode of Health Care Administration course is a necessary requirement to improve the teaching system of the course.So,this paper takes the health management course of medical colleges Health Care Administration as an example,under the guidance of the"student-centered"thought,and in view of the"pain points"problems existing in teaching,such as lower professional identity,lacking of learning motivation,and weak practical teaching,to explore online and offline teaching modes.Through the comprehensive consideration of the reform objectives,curriculum characteristics,practical learning situations and other issues,this paper systematically discusses the design of teaching objectives,teaching processes,teaching methods and the problems that should be concerned about.We expect to provide a theoretical basis for deepening the online and offline teaching reform of Health Care Administration course.
