摘要
目的探究口腔正畸固定矫治患者治疗中口腔护理干预措施的配合开展对于矫正质量的促进效果。方法选取我院2018年4月~2019年4月口腔正畸固定矫治患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=40)与研究组(n=40),对照组患者治疗中实施常规护理,研究组患者治疗中实施定期口腔护理,分组计算并比较患者焦虑、抑郁自评情况,并发症发生情况,对护理干预的依从情况以及口腔卫生合格率。结果研究组患者在护理后的焦虑、抑郁自评评分方面要明显比对照组低,并发症发生率少于对照组,对护理干预的依从率以及口腔卫生合格率均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸固定矫治患者治疗中定期口腔护理干预能够明显改善其康复效果,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of the cooperation of oral nursing intervention on the quality of orthodontic treatment.Methods 80 patients with fixed orthodontic treatment admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into control group and study group randomly,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received regular nursing care,while the study group received regular oral care.The patients’selfassessment of anxiety and depression,occurrence of complications,compliance with nursing intervention and oral hygiene compliance rate were calculated and compared.Results The scores of anxiety and depression of study group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group.The compliance rate of nursing intervention and the pass rate of oral hygiene were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Regular oral care intervention in the treatment of orthodontic fixed orthodontic patients has a very significant role in promoting the rehabilitation effect,which has a high clinical application and promotion value.
