摘要
目的口腔正畸固定矫治器应用中对牙釉质脱矿的临床研究。方法方便选取2014年3月—2017年3月在该院口腔科进行正畸固定矫治器矫正治疗结束的118例患者,分析总体,及不同牙位的牙釉质脱矿的发生情况。根据平均刷牙频率分为≥3次/d和<3次/d两组,分析刷牙频率对软垢指数、脱矿指数的影响。结果患者的1 732颗牙齿,患者发病率和脱矿率分别为71.2%和10.8%。其中脱矿率排在前3位的依次是上侧切牙(20.4%),上中切牙(14.0%)和下侧切牙(12.7%),最少的是下第一磨牙(5.1%);脱矿程度:0级1 547例,占89.3%,l级102例,占5.9%,2级70例,占4.0%,3级6例,占0.34%;刷牙频率≥3次/d组软垢程度下降更更加明显(P<0.05);刷牙频率<3次/d组脱矿指数上升更加明显(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸固定矫治器应用过程中,牙釉质脱矿发生率较高,尤其是在切牙部位,应加强相关的预防措施并进行及时处理。
Objective This paper tries to study the clinical enamel decalcification in orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances.Methods A total of 118 patients with orthodontic appliances fixed in the hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were convenient selected and enrolled to analyze the overall situation and the occurrence of enamel demineralization in different teeth.According to the average brushing frequency divided into≥3 times/d and<3 times/d two groups,the effects of brushing frequency of soft dirt index and demineralization index were analyzed.Results 1732 teeth of patients,the incidence rate of patients and demineralization rate were 71.2%and 10.8%respectively.The demineralization rate in the top 3 in turn was the upper incisor(20.4%),the upper middle incisor(14.0%)and the lower incisors(12.7%),the least is the first molar(5.1%);the degree of demineralization:grade 0 in 1 547 cases,accounting for 89.3%,102 cases of grade 1,accounting for 5.9%,grade 2 in 70 cases,accounting for 4.0%,grade 3 in 6 cases,accounting for 0.34%.The frequency of brushing The level of soft dirt in group≥3times/d was even more obvious(P<0.05).The rate of demineralization index was more obvious in brushing frequency<3 times/d(P<0.05).Conclusion During orthodontic appliance,the incidence of enamel demineralization is high,especially in the incisor site.Relevant preventive measures should be strengthened and promptly treated.
