Cr15Mn18Mo2.5Nb双相钢固溶渗氮动力学

Kinetics of solid solution nitriding for Cr15Mn18Mo2.5Nb dual-phase steel

摘要 采用管式气氛炉,在1100~1200℃、N2气压强为0.1 MPa、渗氮时间为8~24 h的工艺条件下,对Cr15Mn18Mo2.5Nb双相钢进行固溶渗氮处理。采用光学显微镜、显微硬度仪和X-射线衍射仪对渗氮层显微组织、厚度及物相组成进行了测试和分析。研究结果表明:Cr15Mn18Mo2.5Nb双相钢固溶渗氮前为铁素体-奥氏体双相组织,渗氮后渗层组织转变为全部奥氏体组织。在1200℃,气氛压力为0.1 MPa、渗氮时间为24 h的工艺条件下渗氮最高硬度可达312 HV,渗层厚度最高达到1.45 mm。对Cr15Mn18Mo2.5Nb钢固溶渗氮结果进行扩散动力学研究,结果表明在上述工艺条件下其固溶渗氮扩散激活能为101.54 kJ/mol。 The solution nitriding treatment of Cr15Mn18Mo2.5Nb duplex steel is carried out in a tube furnace under nitrogen atmosphere(0.1 MPa) at 1100~1200 ℃ for 8~24 h. The microstructure,hardness,thickness and phase composition of the nitriding layers are measured and analyzed using optical microscope,microhardness tester and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that the ferrite-austenite duplex structure of Cr15Mn18Mo2.5Nb duplex steel could be fully changed to the austenitic structure after solid solution nitriding. The highest hardness and thickness of the nitriding layer are 312 HV and 1.45 mm respectively,at nitriding treatment of 1200℃ for 24 h. The diffusion activation energy of nitriding treatment of the Cr15Mn18Mo2.5Nb steel is 101.54 kJ/mol obtained through diffusion kinetic simulation experiments.
