冷热循环对不同充填物表面性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of thermocycling on surface properties of different filling materials

摘要 目的采用口腔临床上常用的3种充填材料,经过抛光处理后,进行冷热老化,观测其表面形貌、粗糙度及表面硬度的变化。方法选择复合树脂、流体树脂和玻璃离子3种临床常用的充填材料,于模具内制作试件,SiC砂纸打磨至3000#,在5℃/55℃冷热循环前后分别扫描电镜(SEM)观察表面形貌,应用表面粗糙度仪测定其粗糙度,显微硬度仪检测表面硬度,对结果进行统计学分析。结果双因素方差分析显示不同材料和老化处理对材料表面粗糙度均有显著影响,3种充填材料抛光后,玻璃离子各项粗糙度值均明显高于充填树脂和流体树脂(P<0.05),老化前后充填树脂的粗糙度明显下降(P<0.05),玻璃离子和流体树脂的相应指标明显上升(P<0.05)。SEM结果显示老化后充填树脂表面相对平缓,玻璃离子表面裂纹增加,流体树脂表面填料比例略有增加。表面硬度结果显示充填树脂与玻璃离子硬度无明显差异(P> 0.05),流体树脂表面硬度明显小于前两者(P<0.05),老化后硬度均无明显变化(P> 0.05)。结论充填树脂具有较好的抛光性能和抗老化性能;流体树脂具有可接受的抛光性能和抗老化性能,但其表面硬度值仍待提高;玻璃离子的抛光性能和抗老化性能欠佳。 Objective To examine the changes of surface morphology,roughness and hardness of three kinds of filling materials before and after aging.Methods Three kinds of filling materials(glass ionomer,composite resin and fluid resin)were selected to make samples and polished.The surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The surface roughness and hardness were measured.All the evaluations were applied before and after thermocycling.Results The different materials and aging treatments had significant effects on the surface roughness.The roughness values of glass ionomer was significantly higher than those of composite resin and fluid resin(P<0.05).The roughness of composite resin decreased significantly(P<0.05),and glass ionomer and fluid resin increased significantly(P<0.05)after aging.The surface of composite resin was relatively flat after aging,the surface cracks of glass ionomer increased.The surface hardness showed no significant difference between composite resin and glass ionomer(P>0.05),and the hardness of fluid resin was significantly lower(P<0.05).There was no significant change in hardness after aging(P>0.05).Conclusion Composite resin has good polishing and anti-aging properties.Fluid resin has acceptable polishing and anti-aging properties,but its surface hardness still needs to be improved.Glass ionomer has poor polishing and anti-aging properties.
