摘要
开发了一种深层渗氮用时效硬化型渗氮钢20Cr3MnMoV,可实现渗氮件渗氮过程中表层渗氮硬化和基体时效硬化同时进行;实现了渗层深,深层硬化和基体强化,适用于在重载耐磨和重载复杂应力条件下长寿命工作的渗氮件。20Cr3MnMoV钢固溶处理空冷后,硬度值为40~44HRC,具有中等可加工性,520~540℃×50h变温离子渗氮后,表面硬度值1000~1100HV0.1,渗氮层深0.6mm,渗氮表面下0.4mm处硬度值大于700HV0.1,渗氮基体硬度值大于480HV0.1(48HRC)。
An age-hardened nitriding steel 20Cr3MnMoV was developed. And the conduct of the surface layer nitride-hardening and the substrate age-hardening in the nitriding process simuhaneously can be realized, which results in deeper nitrided depth, deeper hardened layer and substrate strengthening. It can be used for those nitrided parts under heavy-duty wear resistant and complex stress conditions for long service life. The 20Cr3MnMoV steel under the condition of the solution treatment and air cooling has a median machinability with hardness of 40-44 HRC, after alteration temperature plasma nitriding of 520-540 ℃ for 50 h, the tested steel can obtain the surface hardness of 1000- 1100 HV0.1, the nitrided depth of 0.6 mm, the more than 700 HV0.1 at 0.4 mm below the nitrided surface and the substrate hardness more than 480 HV0.1 (48 HRC).
