摘要
抗凝和凝血间的相对平衡对于孕期高凝状态下的血栓防治、产后并发症预防以及子宫内膜修复均有重要作用。凝血六项与血栓弹力图是较为常用的凝血功能诊断指标,本研究主要介绍了凝血功能与血栓弹力图的概念,通过凝血功能与血栓弹力图检查方式明确妊娠期女性的凝血功能障碍情况,希望能为产科并发症的预防提供较为有效的参考意见。
The relative balance between anticoagulation and coagulation plays an important role in prevention and treatment of thrombus in hypercoagulability during pregnancy,prevention of postpartum complications and endometrial repair.Six items of coagulation and thromboelastography are commonly used in the diagnosis of coagulation function.This paper mainly introduces the concept of coagulation function and thromboelastography.Through the examination of coagulation function and thromboelastography,it is clear about the coagulation dysfunction of pregnant women,hoping to provide more effective reference for the prevention of obstetric complications.
