摘要
目的探讨血栓弹力图(TEG)和血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)检测在妊娠子痫前期中的应用价值。方法选取2018年7月~2019年12月在阳江市人民医院分娩的119例子痫前期患者作为子痫前期组,按《妇产科学》诊断标准分为轻度子痫前期组(58例)、重度子痫前期组(61例),选取同期的60例正常妊娠晚期孕妇作为对照组,采集样本进行TEG及SAA检测,并进行统计学分析。结果轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组的反应时间(R)、凝固时间(K)值长于对照组,SAA值高于对照组,而凝固角(Angle)、血栓最大幅度(MA)则低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度子痫前期组的R、K值长于轻度子痫前期组,SAA值高于轻度子痫前期组,而Angle、MA则低于轻度子痫前期组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TEG的各项指标以及SAA和妊娠子痫前期严重程度密切相关,可以较好地了解子痫前期患者的病情发展状况,为该病的临床治疗提供有意义的依据。
Objective To investigate the application value of thrombelastogram(TEG)and serum amyloid A(SAA)detection in preeclampsia of pregnancy.Methods A total of 119 cases of preeclampsia patients who delivered in Yangjiang People′s Hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the preeclampsia group.According to the diagnostic criteria of Obstetrics and Gynecology,they were divided into the mild preeclampsia group(58 cases)and the severe preeclampsia group(61 cases).A total of 60 pregnant women with normal late pregnancy during the same period were selected as the control group.Samples were collected for TEG and SAA detection,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results The response time(R)and coagulation time(K)of the mild preeclampsia group and the severe preeclampsia group were longer than those of the control group,SAA values of the mild preeclampsia group and the severe preeclampsia group were higher than those of the control group,while coagulation angle(Angle)and maximum thrombus amplitude(MA)of the mild preeclampsia group and the severe preeclampsia group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The R and K of the severe preeclampsia group were longer than those of the mild preeclampsia group,SAA value of the severe preeclampsia group was higher than that of the mild preeclampsia group,while Aangle and MA of the severe preeclampsia group were lower than those of the mild preeclampsia group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The indicators of TEG and SAA are closely related to the severity of preeclampsia in pregnancy,which can better understand the condition development of patients with preeclampsia and provide meaningful basis for the clinical treatment of this disease.
