摘要
为充分利用研制阶段性能测试数据,有效解决高可靠性产品在鉴定阶段可靠性数据有限等问题,提出了基于性能特征量随机漂移的装备可靠性评估方法,通过分析装备在综合环境作用下的失效机理,设计了工程实践中性能失效特征量的确定原则,并采用随机过程统计分析法构建正态分布下的装备可靠性评估模型,结合具体实例对某长期运行装备的可靠度进行了估计,验证了该方法的可行性,为装备可靠性考核以及确定实施预防性维护周期等提供了新的途径,此方法具有工程应用价值。
To make full use of the development stage of performance test date,effectively solve the high reliability products limited reliability data in the appraisal phase,failure characteristics of random drift was presented based on the performance of the equipment reliability evaluation method,through the analysis of failure mechanism of the equipment under the effect of comprehensive environment,the principle of determining performance failure characteristics was designed in the engineering practice,and the random process statistical analysis method was used to construct the equipment reliability evaluation model in the case of normal distribution,combined with specific instances of a certain type of long-term wok equipment reliability estimate,we verifies the feasibility of the method,provides a new way for equipment reliability assessment and implementation of preventive maintenance cycle,which has engineering application value.
