摘要
为了提高可靠性增长分析的准确性,可以应用BP神经网络来产生与原数据统计规律相同的数据。应用具体的试验数据对这种方法进行了分析和验证,效果不错,在可靠性增长分析领域中,具有更多的系统研究和推广的价值。
BP NN can be used to improve the result of reliability growth by extending sample data which possess the same distribution law. The method is analyzed with specific test data and demostrated effective, and it should be promoted in the study of reliability growth.
