摘要
目的研究辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)催化乙萘酚硝化反应,实现硝基萘酚的绿色合成过程。方法在双相体系中,过氧化氢(H2O2)作氧化剂、亚硝酸钠(NaNO2)作硝化剂,用辣根过氧化物酶催化硝化2-萘酚。结果亚硝酸钠的量∶乙萘酚的量=20∶1,20℃反应1 h,1-硝基-2-萘酚产率达25.5%。结论HRP/H2O2/NaNO2体系可有效硝化乙萘酚。
Objective:To study the nitration reaction of ethyl-naphthol catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase(HRP)and to achieve the green synthesis process of nitronaphthol.Methods:2-naphthol was catalyzed by the system of horseradish peroxidase,with hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)as oxidant and sodium nitrite(NaNO2)as nitrating agent in a biphasic system.Results:The molar ratio of NaNO2 to 2-naphthol was 20∶1,20℃,reaction time was 1h,nitrification of 2-naphthol under horseradish peroxidase was carried out,1-nitro-2-naphthol was obtained,and the yield was 25.5%.Conclusion:The HRP/H2O2/NaNO2 system can be an effective nitrification for ethyl-naphthol.
