水合三硝基间苯三酚的制备、结构及热分解机理 被引量:9

摘要 以1,3,5-苯三酚为原料,经磺化、硝化反应制备了2,4,6-三硝基-1,3,5-苯三酚(TNPG),通过改进合成条件提高了产品得率;培养出了TNPG的单晶,用元素分析和FT-IR对其进行了表征,用X-射线单晶衍射对晶体结构进行了测定;该晶体属三方晶系,P3c1空间群,化学式:C6H4.33N3O9.67,Mr=273.12。用TG-DTG和DSC研究了TNPG·2/3H2O的热分解过程,在10℃·min-1的升温条件下,其熔点为167℃,有两个吸热阶段,有两次质量损失过程,在熔化时剧烈放热分解。 1,3,5-benzenetriol-2,4,6-trinitro was prepared by sulfuric and nitric reaction of 1,3,5-benzenetriol, the yield of production could be increased though optimizing reaction condition, and its molecular structures were characterized by using element analysis , FT-IR technique and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to trigonal with space group P3^-cl, and the chemical Ibrmula is C6H4.33N3Og.67. The thermal decomposition processes of C6H3N3O9 · 2/3H2O was studied by using TG-DTG and DSC techniques with a heating rate of 10℃·min^-1. The results show that TNPG melts at 167℃. It contains two absorbing heat stages and two mass loss processes. It produces an intense thermolysis with its melting.
