摘要
在乙腈、聚乙二醇存在下,8-羟基喹哪啶与硝酸铈铵反应生成标题化合物。8-羟基喹哪啶与硝酸铈铵的物质的量比为1∶1.4时,加热回流反应1.8 h,5,7-二硝基-8-羟基喹哪啶的产率可达78.3%。
In the presence of acetonitrile and polyethylene glycol, 8-hydroxyquinaldine can react with cerium ammonium nitrate to form 5,7-dinitro-8-hydroxyquinatdine . A simple and mild method for the synthesis of 5,7-dinitro-8-hydroxyquinatdine was studied. The results showed that when the reaction mixture composed of 8- hydroxyquinaldine and cerium ammonium nitrate at a molar ratio of 1:1.4 was refluxed in the solvent for 1.8 h, the yield of 5,7- dinitro-8-hydroxyquinaldine was 78.3%.
