摘要
目的:分析在慢性肾功能衰竭患者的治疗中应用高通量血液透析或者血液透析滤过的治疗价值。方法:随机抽取2016年2月~2018年8月本院74例慢性肾功能衰竭病例,并依据患者血液透析方式分组为观察组(37例)、对照组(37例),观察组采用高通量血液透析方案治疗,对照组采取血液透析滤过方案治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为94.59%,对照组为85.71%,且P<0.05;观察组的并发症发生率为8.11%,对照组为27.03%,且P<0.05。结论:在慢性肾功能衰竭患者的治疗中采用高通量血液透析的治疗效果优于血液透析滤过,前者可更有效地提升治疗效果,并降低并发症风险。
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic value of high flux hemodialysis or hemodialysis filtration in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods:A total of 74 cases of chronic renal failure in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2018 were randomly selected and divided into observation group(37 cases)and control group(37 cases)according to their hemodialysis methods,The observation group was treated with high flux hemodialysis and the control group with hemodialysis filtration.Results:The total effective rate was 94.59% in the observation group and 85.71% in the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate was 8.11% in the observation group and 27.03% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High flux hemodialysis is better than hemodialysis filtration in the treatment of chronic renal failure.The former can improve the treatment effect more effectively and reduce the risk of complications.
