摘要
目的:探讨不同频率血液透析滤过(HDF)联合高通量血液透析(HFHD)对尿毒症患者的影响。方法:选取清远市人民医院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的80例尿毒症患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法进行分组,分为观察组和对照组,各组40例。两组均采用HDF联合HFHD治疗,对照组HDF治疗1次/月,观察组HDF治疗1次/周。对两组患者的肾功能指标、炎症因子指标、营养状况指标及不良反应发生率进行观察和比较。结果:治疗前,两组肾功能指标、炎症因子指标、营养状况指标对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组肾功能指标、营养状况指标均优于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组炎症因子指标对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良事件发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对尿毒症治疗时,每周1次的HDF联合HFHD治疗在减轻炎症因子方面更优,且营养状况、肾功能改善方面更好,可推广。
Objective:To explore the effects of different frequencies of hemodiafiltration(HDF)combined with high flux hemodialysis(HFHD)in patients with uremia.Method:A total of 80 patients with uremia who were admitted to Qingyuan People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with HDF combined with HFHD.The control group received HDF treatment once a month,while the observation group received HDF treatment once a week.The renal function indicators,inflammatory factor indicators,nutritional status indicators and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in renal function indicators,inflammatory factor indicators and nutritional status indicators between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the renal function indicators and nutritional status indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the inflammatory factor indicators between the two groups(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of uremia,HDF once a week combined with HFHD is better in reducing inflammatory factors,and better in improving nutritional status and renal function,which can be popularized.
