摘要
目的分析探究流程护理对血透室护理质量及不良事件发生率的影响。方法在该院患者中方便选取2018年9月-2019年9月60例在血透室进行治疗的患者作为该次研究对象,以电脑随机的方法将其分为对照组和实验组。对照组患者采用常规的护理措施,实验组患者在常规护理基础上采用流程护理。比较两组患者的护理质量和不良事件发生率。结果实验组护理质量中的病房管理(95.1±4.7)分,护理文书书写(93.2±5.2)分,操作技术(97.2±5.2)分和基础护理(96.4±3.5)分高于对照组护理质量(t=5.800、4.800、9.310、10.390,P<0.05)。实验组不良事件发生率(3.33%)低于对照组护理后不良事件发生率(23.33%)(χ^2=5.190,P=0.020)。实验组血透室患者护理后满意度(93.33%)高于对照组血透室进行治疗的患者护理后满意度(70.00%)(χ^2=5.450,P=0.010)。结论在临床对在血透室进行治疗的患者在常规护理基础上采用流程护理可以提高护理质量,降低不良事件发生率,提升在血透室进行治疗的患者对护理的满意度。在临床中具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the impact of flow nursing on the quality of hemodialysis room nursing and the incidence of adverse events.Methods A total of 60 patients who were treated in the hemodialysis room from September 2018 to September 2019 in the hospital were convenient selected as the research object,and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group by computer random method.The patients in the control group adopted routine nursing measures,and the patients in the experimental group adopted flow nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The quality of care and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results Ward management(95.1±4.7)points,nursing document writing(93.2±5.2)points,operation technique(97.2±5.2)points and basic nursing(96.4±3.5)points in the quality in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=5.800,4.800,9.310,10.390,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(23.33%)(χ^2=5.190,P=0.020).The patients in the hemodialysis room of the experimental group in satisfaction after care(93.33%)was higher than the patients treated in the hemodialysis room of the control group(70.00%)after care(χ^2=5.450,P=0.010).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients in the hemodialysis room,the use of flow nursing on the basis of routine care can improve the quality of care,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the satisfaction of patients treated in the hemodialysis room.It has the value of promotion in the clinic.
