摘要
通过红外光谱仪、核磁共振质谱仪、凝胶渗透色谱仪等研究了3种纤维专用高熔体流动速率(MFR)聚丙烯的微观结构。结果表明:3种纤维专用聚丙烯的MFR均达到35.0 g/10 min以上,灰分含量均小于0.005%(w),且相对分子质量分布均较窄。低灰分含量可以保证树脂连续稳定加工,相对分子质量分布窄可赋予纤维较高的取向度,在高速拉伸条件下,能保证更佳的纺丝连续性,纤维应变硬化更快,不易断丝。
The microstructure of high melt flow rate(MFR)polypropylene fiber specialty were analyzed by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscope,nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer,and gel permeation chromatograph.The results show that the MFR of these fiber specialty are above 35.0 g/10 min,their ash content are less than 0.005%,and their molecular mass distribution are narrow.Low ash content contributes to the continuous and stable processing of the fibers.The narrow molecular mass distribution can give the fibers higher orientation,which ensures better spinning,faster strain hardening and few breakage of the fibers under high speed drawing.
