摘要
分析了高熔聚丙烯纤维专用料S2040存在的加工可纺性较差和气味较大等质量问题的原因,并提出了改进优化的工艺技术。结果表明,采用以熔体流动速率为2.0~5.0 g/10min的聚丙烯粉料为基料和使用固体过氧化物为降解剂,聚丙烯树脂S2040的相对分子量降低,分子量分布(Mw/Mn)由5.0降低至4.7,挥发组分降低29%,加工性能和气味得到明显改善。
The reason for poor processing spinnability and the odor of S2040,a grade of high MFR polypropylene fiber,was analyzed,and several adjustments in process parameters and technologies were made to improve it.The results showed that by using polypropylene powder with a MFR of 2.0~5.0 g/10min as the base resin and solid peroxides as degradant,the relative molecular weight of S2040 decreased,the molecular weight distribution(Mw/Mn)decreased from 5.0 to 4.7,the volatile components decreased by 29%,and the processability and odor were significantly improved.
