摘要
主要分析了聚丙烯树脂在CMP230X-12AW型同向啮合自清洁式双螺杆挤压造粒机挤出过程中出现降解的原因、降解的类型以及影响降解的主要因素,给出了减少树脂降解的具体措施,措施的实施取得了满意效果。
The causes of polypropylene resin decomposion, which was occurred in the squeezing process by using CMP230X-12AW double helical rod squeezer, as well as the type of deeomposion and the factors influencing the decomposion were first analyzed. Then, the protection method, which has been proved to have satisfactory effect, was presented.
