摘要
综述了当前各类新型聚合物加工挤出设备,简述了传统聚合物塑化元件的结构机理和作用,详细介绍了CRD螺杆、偏心转子挤出机、叶片式挤出机、新型销钉螺杆、嵌入式行星挤出机、混沌触发挤出机和场协同螺杆的结构和工作原理,分析了各类设备的加工塑化过程以及各自的适用条件。总结了它们各自的优势和所取得的加工效果,并作出简单评价。
In this paper,various new polymer extrusion equipment are reviewed.The structure mechanism and function of traditional polymer plasticizer are briefly described.CRD screw,eccentric rotor extruder,vane extruder,new pin screw,embedded planetary extruder,chaotic trigger extruder and field cooperative screw are introduced.The applicable conditions and plasticizing process of various equipment are analyzed.Their respective advantages and processing effects are summarized,and a simple evaluation is made.
