摘要
高校纪检监察机关履行“监督执纪问责”职责是高校党委实现管党治党、依法治校的重要政治保障。从高校纪检监察机构履职时代要求出发,应明晰定位、强化主业,针对高校纪检监察机构履职中存在的体制机制不顺、专责定位不清、职能落实不力、队伍建设不足等实际问题,通过创新工作路径强化专责监督作用健全机制、形成合力,为高校各项事业健康发展保驾护航。
College discipline inspection and supervision organs perform the responsibility of“supervision,enforcement and accountability”,which is an important political guarantee for college Party committees to manage the Party and run the school according to law.From the age requirement of the disciplinary inspection and supervision organization in colleges and universities,it is necessary to clear positioning,strengthen its main business.Aimed at problems existing in the work of the university disciplinary inspection and supervision organization,such as unsmooth institutions and mechanisms,unclear select positioning,lack of implementation of function,insufficient team construction,etc,we should innovate dedicated work path to strengthen supervision and perfecting the mechanism,to escort for the healthy development of various undertakings in colleges and universities jointly.
