摘要
突发公共事件的舆情管理需要社会各主体合力参与。在新媒体时代,面对突发公共事件,高校加强舆情管理机制建设面临着信息高速传播易催生"滚雪球效应"、"假象"模糊受众理性认识易引发"关联舆情"、主体意见表达活跃易形成"群体极化"三大挑战。高校可以从加强顶层设计形成舆情管理制度、利用大数据提升舆情应对能力、凝聚主体情感共识加强舆情引导等方面加强舆情管理机制建设。
Public opinion management of public emergencies needs the participation of all social subjects.In the new media time,in the face of public emergencies,colleges to strengthen the construction of public opinion management mechanism are faced with three challenges:the high-speed dissemination of information is easy to give birth to"snowball effect","false image"fuzzy audience's rational understanding easily leads to"related public opinion",and the active expression of the main body's opinions is easy to form"group polarization".Colleges can strengthen the construction of public opinion management mechanism from the aspects of strengthening top-level design,forming public opinion management system,using big data to improve public opinion response ability,condensing the subject's emotional consensus and strengthening public opinion guidance.
