摘要
本文主要分析了某1000 MW级核电汽轮机低压内缸结构特点、技术要求。针对工件尺寸大、异形、质量大、精度高、刚性差、变形大、密封要求严等加工难点,拟定了先进、高效的加工及装配工艺方案,提出了保证制造精度的工艺措施。
The paper analyzes the structural characteristics and technical requirements of a 1000 MW nuclear power turbine with low pressure inner cylinder.In view of the processing difficulties such as large size,irregular shape,large quality,high precision,poor rigidity,large deformation and strict sealing requirements of the workpiece,the advanced and efficient processing and assembly process scheme are formulated,and the technological measures to ensure the manufacturing accuracy are put forward.
