摘要
为满足核电汽轮机静子零部件的划线要求,公司设计安装了16m×9.9m、承重700t的划线平台。文章重点介绍了划线平台的设计特点及安装要领,从叙述中可看出,划线平台具有精度高,承载大,刚性好,水平精度不受温度变化影响,造价低,工艺性好,维修方便等优点,同时可兼作工件的检验平台。
In order to meet the marking requirement of static units of nuclear steam turbine,a line-marking plane with 16 mx9.9 m、weight 700 t is designed and assembled.This article mainly introduces the design feature and assembly essentials of linemarking plane,the plane has the advantages of high precision,large hearing capacity,good rigidity,horizontal accuracy not affected by temperature change,low cost,better process,convenient maintain etc,It can also be used as inspection platform for workpiece.
