摘要
在烹饪教育人才培养、科学研究、服务社会、文化传承的四大功能中,烹饪教育通过服务社会有效地承担起自身社会责任。基于社会结构的视角,将烹饪教育服务社会的内容与社会宏观结构要素的构成紧密结合,从构建适应社会发展的烹饪人才和教育体系、提升烹饪技术发展的行业标准和水平两个维度重点对烹饪教育服务社会的宏观价值进行分析,从而实现烹饪教育服务宏观社会的功能。
Among the four functions of culinary education,talent training,scientific research,service to the society,and cultural inheritance,culinary education effectively assumes its own social responsibility by serving the society.Based on the perspective of social structure,the content of culinary education serving the society is closely combined with the composition of social macro-structural elements.From the two dimensions of constructing culinary talents and education systems that adapt to social development,and improving the industry standards and levels of culinary technology development,the macro value of education services has been analyzed to realize the function of culinary education serving the macro society.
