摘要 为探讨不同水平的蛋白酶与益生菌混合发酵豆粕对肉鸡生长性能及免疫功能的影响,采用单因素设计试验,选择体重相近的3周龄黄羽肉鸡200只随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只,1组饲喂基础日粮为空白对照组,试验2、3、4组分别用蛋白酶与益生菌混合发酵豆粕替代基础日粮中25%、50%、75%普通豆粕,预试验7 d,试验期为21 d。结果表明:(1)试验3、4组的平均日增重较1组比分别提高17.2%、14.3%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组平均采食量均高于1组(P>0.05),试验3、4组的料重比较1组比分别降低14.3%、13.6%(P<0.05);(2)试验3、4组血清中AI、ND抗体效价水平较1组相比分别提高15.3%、14.7%、12.6%、11.5%(P<0.05),试验3、4组血清中IgG含量较1组相比分别提高15.8%、14.9%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组血清中IgA含量均高于1组(P>0.05)。综上,蛋白酶与益生菌混合发酵豆粕替代饲料中的25%普通豆粕,可以提高肉鸡生长性能和免疫机能。 In order to study the effect of diffe rent levels of protease and probiotics on the growth performance and immune function of broilers.In a single factor design experiment,200 3-week-old yellow feathered broilers with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups,5 replicates in each group and 10 in each replicate. One group was fed with the basic diet as the blank control group. In the experiment2,3 and 4 groups,25%,50% and 75% of the common soybean meal content in the basic diet were replaced by the mixed fermentation soybean meal of protease and probiotics respectively. The experimental period was21 days.The results showed that:(1) The average daily gain of groups 3 and 4 was 17.2% and 14.3% higher than that of group 1 respectively(P<0.05),the average intake of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05),the feed weight of groups 3 and 4 was 14.3% and 13.6% lower than that of group 1 respectively(P<0.05);(2) The titer of AI and ND antibody in groups 3 and 4 was 15.3%,14.7%,12.6% and11.5% higher than that of group 1 respectively(P<0.05). The content of IgG in group 3 and 4 were 15.8%,14.9% higher than that in group 1(P<0.05),and the content of IgA in groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that in group 1(P>0.05). In conclusion that the growth performance and immune function of broiler could be improved by using protease and probiotics to ferment soybean meal instead of 25% common soybean meal.
