豆粕和芝麻粕对生长獭兔的营养价值评定 被引量:8

摘要 本试验旨在通过饲养和消化试验来评定豆粕和芝麻粕在生长獭兔上的营养价值。选择18只60日龄平均体重为(1.70±0.20)kg的健康状况良好的白色獭兔,随机分为3组(每组6个重复,每个重复1只),分别饲喂基础饲粮、豆粕饲粮(85%基础饲粮+15%豆粕)和芝麻粕饲粮(85%基础饲粮+15%芝麻粕)。预试期和正试期各7 d。采用化学分析法测定豆粕和芝麻粕中总能(GE)、干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(Ash)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)以及无氮浸出物(NFE)的含量,采用全收粪法测定生长獭兔对上述营养物质的表观消化率。结果表明:豆粕和芝麻粕中GE、DM、CP、EE、CF、NDF、ADF、ADL、Ash、Ca、P、NFE的含量分别为17.34 MJ/kg、88.43%、45.00%、1.89%、7.38%、13.15%、7.97%、0.77%、6.36%、0.33%、0.59%、27.80%与18.86 MJ/kg、91.93%、43.48%、11.13%、7.29%、17.53%、9.71%、1.28%、12.66%、1.71%、1.15%、17.37%;生长獭兔对豆粕和芝麻粕中GE、DM、CP、EE、CF、NDF、ADF、ADL、Ash、Ca、P和NFE的表观消化率分别为63.56%、91.10%、90.93%、85.93%、20.05%、25.64%、36.04%、-6.39%、90.61%、73.64%、67.71%、44.21%与62.05%、46.96%、64.75%、51.23%、17.25%、33.90%、18.44%、-8.05%、54.11%、52.88%、47.17%、16.14%。由上可知,生长獭兔对豆粕和芝麻粕中不同营养成分的表观消化率存在一定差异,结合饲料原料营养物质含量总体分析,豆粕对生长獭兔的营养价值要高于芝麻粕。 This trial was carried out to evaluate the nutritional values of soybean meal and sesame meal for growing Rex rabbits by feeding and digestion experiments.Eighteen healthy white growing Rex rabbits at the age of 60 days with an average body weight of (1.70 ±0.20) kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 1 rabbit per replicate.The rabbits in the 3 groups were fed a basal diet, a soybean meal diet (85% basal diet +15% soybean meal) and a sesame meal diet (85% basal diet +15% sesame meal) , respectively.Both pre-trial and formal trial periods lasted for 7 days.The contents of gross energy ( GE) , dry matter ( DM) , crude protein ( CP) , ether extract ( EE) , crude fiber ( CF) , neutral detergent fi-ber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), acid detergent lignin (ADL), crude ash (Ash), calcium (Ca), phosphorus ( P) and nitrogen free extract ( NFE) of soybean meal and sesame meal were measured by chemi-cal analysis method, and the apparent digestibility of above indices for growing Rex rabbits was measured by total feces collection method.The results showed as follows: the contents of GE, DM, CP, EE, CF, NDF, ADF, ADL, Ash, Ca, P and NFE of soybean meal were 17.34 MJ/kg, 88.43%, 45.00%, 1.89%, 7.38%, 13.15%, 7.97%, 0.77%, 6.36%, 0.33%, 0.59% and 27.80%, respectively, and those of sesame meal were 18.86 MJ/kg, 91.93%, 43.48%, 11.13%, 7.29%, 17.53%, 9.71%, 1.28%, 12.66%, 1.71%, 1.15%and 17.37%, respectively.The apparent digestibility of GE, DM, CP, EE, CF, NDF, ADF, ADL, Ash, Ca, P and NFE of soybean meal were 63.56%, 91.10%, 90.93%, 85.93%, 20.05%, 25.64%, 36.04%, -6.39%, 90.61%, 73.64%, 67.71% and 44.21%, respectively, and those of sesame meal were 62.05%, 46.96%, 64.75%, 51.23%, 17.25%, 33.90%, 18.44%,-8.05%, 54.11%, 52.88%, 47.17% and 16.14%, respectively.In conclusion, there are certain differ-ences between the nutrient digestibility of soybean meal and sesame meal for growing Rex rabbits, and the nu-tritional value of soy
