摘要
目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎患者批量转运收治的组织与管理实践方法。方法对2020年2月4日421名患者进行规范化的组织与医务管理,即建立军地协同联动机制、完善院内转运接收组织、规划入院接收线路、硬件与软件准备、医务人员准备、完善转运接收标准、培训防护和急救技能、确定转运流程并组织演练。结果在患者接诊、转运、救治工作中,医务组织管理有序,所有患者均安全转运至隔离病房进行治疗,无一例不良事件发生。结论对于批量收治新型冠状病毒肺炎患者,实施规范的组织与管理,可以提高批量患者转运救治工作成效。
Objective To explore the method of batch transportation of novel coronavirus pneumonia patients.Methods 8 ways were included in the transfer plan of 421 patients on February 4,2020,which were,establish a military-local cooperative linkage mechanism,improve the transfer and reception organization in the hospital,plan the admission lines,prepare the hardware and software,prepare the medical staff,improve the transfer and reception standards,train the protection and first-aid skills,determine the transfer process and organize drills.Results All patients were safely transferred to the isolation ward for treatment,and no adverse events occurred.Conclusion Standardized organization and management can improve the transfer and treatment of patients with NCP.
