摘要
目的实施无脚本护理人力资源紧急调配演练,查找人力资源调配的延时环节,改进演练流程,以保证紧急情况下人力资源调配快速到位。方法采用无脚本应急演练方式,即在不告知演练方案的基础上,实施护理人力资源调配演练,包括应急演练准备、实施与总结3个步骤,并将演练结果与传统演练方式进行比较。结果与传统应急演练方式比较,无脚本应急演练花费时间显著延长(P<0.05);无脚本应急演练发现人力资源调配的延时环节及问题2项;同时发现延时环节和演练方案问题。结论传统应急演练方式花费时间较短,而无脚本应急演练有助于发现人力资源调配流程中的问题,从而实现护理管理流程持续改进。人力资源紧急调配演练方案基本适用,部分细节待完善。
Objective To find out the delayed processes in human resource allocation,to optimize emergency rescue simulation drill procedures,and to ensure the efficiency of human resource allocation by performing emergency rescue simulation drill without script.Methods Nursing human resource allocation simulation drill was conducted without script,including such 3 stages as preparation,implementation,and summary.Results Compared to the traditional emergency rescue simulation drill,it took much longer time to complete the modified simulation drill （P＜0.05）.Two delayed processes and problems were found in human resource allocation,and delayed processes and problems in the simulation drill scheme were also identified.Conclusion It takes less time to complete the traditional emergency rescue simulation drill.Emergency rescue simulation drill without script facilitates to find out problems in human resource allocation process,thus to achieve continuous quality improvement.The modified simulation drill scheme is somewhat practical,but some details should be improved.
