摘要
目的:探讨静脉药物配置中心护理人力资源调配的效果。方法:将传统的2人组2班制(早班、白班)调配为3人组2班制,并重建白班工作流程。结果:白班时间利用率提高8.32%,各班实际工作时间最大差距由3.2h缩短为1.0h,患者用药开始及结束时间均提前20min。结论:人力资源调配后,各班护士在班时间及工作量差距明显减少,工作效率及服务质量进一步提高。
Objective:To explore the effect of human resource allocation of venous medicine disposing center. Methods: The working allocation was changed from two shifts and two persons per shift to two shifts and three persons per shift. The day shift procedure was reconstructed. Results: The day time utilization rate was increased 8.32%.The highest work time gap of different shifts was shortened form 3.2 hours to 1 hour. The beginning and finish time of patient medical treatment were advanced 20 minutes. Conclusion: After the allocation of human resource, the gap of work time and work load of different shifts decreased, and the work efficiency and service quality promoted.
