美国体育协会主导制定的“体育教育专业评价标准体系”分析及启示 被引量:2

Research on the Construction of“PE Professional Evaluation Standard System”under the Leadership of Professional Associations and Its Enlightenments

摘要 20世纪80年代以来,美国为了提高学校教育质量进行了大规模的教育改革,即“标准化改革”。近30年来,美国由体育协会主导研制了不同版本的“体育教育专业评价标准”,一共有3个“标准”,形成了由《国家体育课程标准》《职前体育教师评价标准》和《优秀体育教师评价标准》构成的美国“体育教育专业评价标准体系”。目前,中国尚未见到将美国的《国家体育课程标准》和“体育教师评价标准”同时进行分析比较的研究;此外,在有的研究中介绍美国的一些体育协会时,往往存在一些认识误区,有必要对美国主导制定体育教育专业评价标准的相关主体重新进行梳理。目前,中国还没有《体育教师评价标准》,“体育教育专业评价标准体系”还不健全。基于此,分析美国由体育协会主导制定的“体育教育专业评价标准”的各个制定主体演变过程及“体育教育专业评价标准体系”的特征,以期为推动中国体育教育领域的“体育教师评价标准”的制定有所启发。美国健康与体育教育者学会主导制定的《国家体育课程标准》、美国教师培训认证委员会通过SHAPE的协助主导制定的《职前体育教师评价标准》和美国教师专业教学标准委员会主导制定的《优秀体育教师评价标准》是美国的3大“体育教育专业评价标准”。美国的“体育教育专业评价标准体系”的特征是“体育教育专业评价标准体系”研制主体的多元化、各体育协会主导的“体育教育专业评价标准”研制的多渠道化、“体育教育专业评价标准”的体系化。由此,为中国的“体育教师评价标准”的研制提炼了可借鉴之处。 Since 1980s,in order to improve the quality of school education,the United States has carried out a large-scale education reform,namely“standardization reform”.In the past 30 years,different versions of“PE professional evaluation standards”have been developed under the leadership of the Sports Association in the United States.There are three“standards”in total,forming the“Evaluation Standard System of Physical Education Specialty”in the United States,which is composed of National Physical Education Curriculum Standard,Pre-service Physical Education Teacher Evaluation Standard and Excellent Physical Education Teacher Evaluation Standard.At present,China has not seen a comparative study of the national physical education curriculum standards and the evaluation standards of physical education teachers in the United States at the same time;in addition,when some studies introduce some sports associations in the United States,there are often some misunderstandings,so it is necessary to re-sort out the relevant subjects of the United States leading the formulation of professional evaluation standards of physical education.At present,there is no“evaluation standard of physical education teachers”in China,and the“Evaluation Standard System of Physical Education Specialty”is not perfect.Based on this,this paper analyzes the evolution process of the main body and the characteristics of the evaluation standard system of physical education in the United States,which is led by the Sports Association of the United States,in order to promote the formulation of the evaluation standard for physical education teachers in the field of physical education in China.The national P.E.curriculum standard,which was formulated by the American Society of health and physical educators,the pre service PE teacher evaluation standard,and the excellent P.E.teacher evaluation standard,which was developed by the American Society of health and physical education educators,with the help of shape,and the excellent physical educ
