摘要
美国教师教育认证委员会(NCATE)自1954年成立以来,引发了来自各方的论战。论战的历史之长,涉及的利益相关者之多,甚至动摇其存在的根基。NCATE在每次论战结束之后,都对自身进行各种改革和重构,以至于成为了美国国家认证体系中存续时间最长、影响最大的非官方机构。尽管2013年被教师培养认证委员会(CAEP)所取代,但是对NCATE认证目标、认证标准和认证程序的价值反思以及利益相关者价值取向的探究仍然是CAEP面临的问题。
The National Teacher Education Accreditation Committee(NCATE)established in 1954.Since its establishment,it suffered controversy coming from all parties.The controversy lasted so long,involving many stakeholders,even shaken the foundation of its existence.After each controversy ending,NCATE reformed and reconstructed of its own,so as to become the longest lasting and most influential non official institution in national accreditation system in USA.Although it was replaced by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation(CAEP),reflection on value of accreditation target,standards and procedure of NCATE,value orientation of skateshoulders remained problems for CAEP.
