摘要
轿车子午线轮胎中冠带条的张力是轮胎动平衡和均匀性的重要影响因素。本研究通过几种不同控制方式的效果比较,验证基于智能张力控制器的模块化控制方式可以达到对冠带条张力的控制响应和精度要求。从而为提高轿车子午线轮胎成品质量提供了一种新的解决方案。
The tension of the crown strip in a radial car tire is an important factor affecting the dynamic balance and uniformity of the tire.By comparing the effects of several different control methods,it is verified that the modular control method based on the intelligent tension controller can achieve the control response and accuracy requirements for the tension of the crown strip.Furthermore,it provides a new solution for improving the quality of car radial tires.
