摘要
由于连续轧染机放卷系统具有时变性、非线性和耦合性等特点,常规PID控制效果不良。针对恒张力控制问题,结合自抗扰控制方法提出一种放卷张力控制的方法。根据放卷运行机理,对放卷过程进行数学建模,推导静、动态解耦模型,设计线性自抗扰控制器(LADRC)。对该控制器与常规PID控制进行对比仿真实验,结果表明:该控制器能够使织物的张力在放卷过程中保持恒定,提高系统的稳定性和抗干扰性。
Since continuous rolling machine unwinding system has the characteristics of time-varying,non-linearity and coupling,the conventional PID control effect is bad.Aiming at the problem of constant tension control of this system,a method of unwinding tension control was proposed by combining auto-disturbance rejection control method.According to the mechanism of unwinding operation,the mathematical model of the unwinding process was simulated,and the static and dynamic decoupling models were deduced.Besides,the linear auto-disturbance-rejection controller(LADRC)was designed.The simulation experiment was carried out by comparing the controller with the conventional PID control.Experiments showed that the controller could make the fabric tension maintain constant in the unwinding process,and improved the stability and anti-jamming of the system.
