摘要
针对绞线机传统张力控制器体积大、故障率高、易烧坏等不足,提出基于AVR单片机的PWM脉宽调制式数字化张力控制器。编程控制AVR单片机ATtiny13输出周期固定、占空比可调的PWM脉冲,再经IR2103半桥驱动集成芯片控制MOS管IRF1010N的开关动作,从而达到调节输出电压的目的。因为电路简单、原理清晰、PWM脉冲的占空比可数字化调节,所以新的张力控制器体积小、成本低、稳定性高,且输入输出电压线性度高。通过实验测试及实际使用,满足现场需要,具有现实意义和较高的推广价值。
A PWM pulse width modulation digital tension controller based on AVR single chip microcomputer is proposed in this paper.Program control the PWM pulse of AVR single-chip ATtiny13 with fixed output period and adjustable duty cycle,and then drive the integrated chip to control the switching action of MOSFET IRF1010N through IR2103 half-bridge,so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the output voltage.Because the circuit is simple,the principle is clear,and the duty cycle of the PWM pulse can be digitally adjusted,the new tension controller has small size,low cost,high stability,and high linearity of input and output voltage.
