摘要
“学术共同体”这个概念的内核经不起经典理论推敲和实际检验。它遵循的法则是规训意志,即群体本位主义,在运行中无视人与人之间的差异性和边界性。学术共同体支配下的教师学术生活产生了诸多负面影响:学术生活的刻板化、单纯秉持工具合理性、追求局部客观知识、强调人的占有性、固守共同规范、志同道合的限定、压抑人的感性。而能矫正这些负面影响的生活方式是“学术联合体”。它遵循的法则是选择意志,即灵活的个体本位,在运行中尊重人与人之间的差异性和边界性。学术联合体引领下的教师学术生活具有诸多正面影响:彰显学术自由精神、秉持价值合理性、追求个体主观知识、强调人的生产性、允许包容差异、培养个性化的人、培养人的学术情怀。现代教师的学术生活方式需从“学术共同体”转向“学术联合体”,其转向路径是:延续学术共同体的精神内核、重新设计教师工资分配制度、重新设计学术评审制度、大肆宣扬学术联合意识、明确学术联合体的本质目的。
The core of the concept of"academic community"can't stand up to the classical theory and practical test.It follows the disciplinary which is the group standardism.In the operation,we always ignore the ingenuity and boundary.The teacher's academic life controlled by"academic community"has produced a lot of negative effects:the rigidity of academic life,simple adherence to tool rationality,the pursuit of objective knowledge,the emphasis on human possession,the creation of passive people and the cultivation of people and the suppression of human feelings.The correct way is"academic union".It follows the law which is the flexible individual standard.The teacher's academic life controlled by"academic consortium"has many positive effects:to highlight the overall spirit of the academic;to uphold the value of rationality and the pursuit of subjective knowledge,emphasize human productivity;to create initiative;to cultivate personalized people and to protect people's feelings.The academic life of modern teachers needs to change from"academic community"to"academic consortium",to continue the spiritual core of the academic community,to redesign the teacher's salary distribution system,to redesign the academic evaluation system,to trumpet the academic union consciousness and to clarify the essential purpose of the academic consortium.
