摘要
学位论文的质量直接影响并综合反映了研究生教育的水平和质量。强调质量必须坚持以目标监控、过程监控与导师监控相结合,建立一套完整的、行之有效的学位论文质量保障与监控体系,其中,目标监控是论文质量保障的方向,过程监控是学位论文质量保障的屏障,导师监控是学位论文质量保障的关键。
The quality of academic degree's dissertation directly affects and reflects the level and quality of postgraduate education.To improve quality,it is fundamental to combine the objective supervision with process supervision and tutor supervision,and to set up a complete and effective system of quality assurance and supervision for academic degree's dissertation.For the quality of the dissertation,objective supervision guarantees the orientation,and process supervision is the defence,while tutor supervision is the key.
