摘要
在对国内有关高校研究生教育管理调研的基础上结合工作实践,用VB和Access数据库开发出一套全面的、易于管理的研究生学位论文质量过程监控系统。并对该系统的功能需求、系统结构与实现进行了全面的阐述。
Based on the long- term working experiences and the surveys of graduate＇s education management of the universities in China, a set of degree thesis quality monitor system is designed which is a readily operation, integrative system and implemented by VB and Access database. The system demand, structure and implementation are described in detail.
