摘要
大学校长治理能力在共通性上主要集中在八个维度:能力的制高点是认同且遵循国际高等教育界公认的办学原则,能力的控制点是明白且执行大学校长的基本任务,能力的立足点是立足且把握该大学的历史、地理与人文,能力的聚焦点是锁定且明确该大学的定位和定型,能力的结合点是熟悉且融入该大学的办学环境,能力的闪光点是紧扣且平衡该大学教学与研究的关系,能力的侧重点是理顺该大学学术与行政的关系,能力的落脚点是促使该大学引领社会的发展且超越社会。此八个维度的治理能力是大学校长治理能力体系中需要关注的核心要素和考量方面。
The governance capacity of university presidents is concentrated on eight dimensions : Identifing and following the recog- nized principle of running school is the apex of ability, understanding and carrying out its basic task is the control point of ability, ba- sing on and grasping the historical geography and humanities of the university is the foothold of ability, locking and clearing the orienta- tion and stereotypes of university is the focus of ability, Familiarity and integratation with the university environment is the combination of ability, the relationship between balance teaching and research is the shining of ability, straightening the relationship between aca- demic and administration is the focus of ability, making the university guide and exceed society is the fulcrum of ability. The eight - point governance abilities are consideration dimensions in the system of university presidents' governance.
