摘要 供应链金融具有发展和优化供应链的能动作用,良好的供应链金融发展能力不仅能解决供应链上中小企业的融资问题,还能帮助产业打造更具竞争力的供应链体系。以家电制造业为研究对象,先利用能力成熟度模型对家电制造企业的供应链金融发展能力进行评价,再利用基于粒子群算法的支持向量机复杂过程系统稳态模型。依据样本处理结果证明:基于粒子群算法优化的支持向量机可以显著提高制造企业供应链金融发展能力的判断,解决了样本少、影响指标多的分类问题,为工业企业供应链金融发展能力评判提供了方法借鉴。 Supply chain finance has the active role of developing and optimizing the supply chain. Good supply chain finance development capabilities can not only solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain,but also help the industry create a more competitive supply chain system. Taking the home appliance manufacturing industry as the research object,first use CMM to evaluate the supply chain financial development capabilities of home appliance manufacturing enterprises,and then use the support vector machine based on particle swarm algorithm to process the steady-state model of the complex process system. The algorithm-optimized support vector machine can significantly improve the judgment of the manufacturing enterprise’s supply chain financial development ability,solve the classification problem of small samples and many impact indicators,and provide a method for the evaluation of the industrial enterprise’s supply chain financial development ability.
