地方高校法学专业实践教学变革探索——以刑事诉讼法学实践教学为例 被引量:2

An Exploration of Practice Teaching Reform of Law Major Among Local Colleges and Universities--Taking Practice Teaching of Criminal Procedure as an Example

摘要 近年来,我国高校法学教学效果虽有所提高,但离培养应用型、复合型法治人才的目标仍有差距,法学教学改革仍需不断探索。刑事诉讼法学是一门典型的法学基础学科,对其实践教学变革的探索,既有助于提升本学科教学效果,也为其他法学学科的实践教学提供经验。本课程的实践教学变革从考核入手,考核内容包括理论考核和实践考核两个部分,并采用不同的考核方法。与考核方式相适应,刑事诉讼法学的教学增加了对学生实践能力的培养,并在理论教学中突出对价值和理念意识的引导,在实践能力的培养中注重对法学思维能力的培养。刑事诉讼法学具体的教学方式也通过案例教学与启发式讲授教学法相结合的方法,在教学中追求理论和实践教学的有效互动,实现以理论指导实践、以实践丰富和深化理论的效果。 In recent years,although the teaching effect of law major has been improved,some distance still exists to the acomplishment of the goal of cultivation of application-oriented and compound legal talents.Continuous exploration of teaching reform of law major still needs to be made.The exploration of the practice teaching reform of Criminal Procedure Law,a typical basic subject of law,will help to improve the teaching effect of this subject,and at the same time,it will furnish teaching practice of other law subjects with experiences.The teaching practice reform of this course starts with examination,whose contents consist of two parts:theoretical examination and practical examination,each having its own examination methods.To adapt to the way of examination,cultivation of students’practice ability has been added to the teaching of Criminal Procedure Law,with the guidance of cultivation of value and concept consciousness highlighted in the theories teaching,and the legal thinking ability emphasized in the cultivation of practice abilities.The specific teaching method of Criminal Procedure Law has also been combined with case teaching and heuristic teaching method to pursue effective interactions between theory and practice in teaching,and to enrich and deepen theories with practice.
