摘要
目的观察采用不同粘接方法后种植冠周围粘接剂残留量,分析比较几种粘接方法的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月后牙区植入的锥形锁柱种植体90颗,随机分为橡皮障组(A组)、粘接代型组(B组)和直接粘接组(C组),每组又根据冠边缘与牙龈的关系分为平龈、龈下1 mm、龈下2 mm 3个亚组。所有入选病例均于口内粘接后采用探针刮除多余的粘接剂,并摄X线片确认无粘接剂残留。随后从口内取出基台和牙冠观察并记录粘接剂残留情况。结果每组的不同亚组之间粘接剂残留量均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。在冠边缘位于平龈水平时,3组之间粘接剂残留量无统计学差异;冠边缘在龈下深度1 mm及2 mm时,A组与B组之间均无统计学差异,但A组与C组、B组与C组间存在统计学差异。结论冠边缘的位置会影响粘接剂残留量,龈下越深粘接剂残留越多。当冠边缘位于龈下时,橡皮障法与粘接代型法均能有效减少粘接剂残留的量,采用粘接代型法操作更加方便且对减少粘接剂残留的效果更佳。
Objective To observe the adhesive residue around the implant restoration after using different bonding methods,and to analyze and compare the clinical effects of various bonding methods.Methods Ninety locking-taper implants implanted on the posterior teeth from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into rubber barrier group(group A),adhesive substitute group(group B)and direct adhesive group(group C).According to the relationship between crown edge and gingiva,each group was divided into three subgroups:soft-tissue margin,subgingiva 1 mm,subgingiva 2 mm.All the cases were bonded in the mouth,then the excess adhesive would be removed using a probe and X-ray was taken to confirm the absence of adhesive residue.The abutment and crown were then taken out from the mouth to observe and record the adhesive residue.Finally,the abutment crown was placed into the mouth after removing all the residual adhesive.Results There were statistically significant differences in adhesive residues between different subgroups of each group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adhesive residues between the three groups when the crown edge was at the level of the soft-tissue margin.When the crown edge was at subgingiva 1 mm or 2 mm,there was no statistical difference between group A and group B,while there were statistical differences between group A and group C,and between group B and group C.Conclusion The position of the crown edge will affect the adhesive residue,and the deeper the subgingival depth is,the more the adhesive residue will be.When the crown edge is located subgingiva,both the rubber barrier method and the adhesive substitution method can effectively reduce the amount of adhesive residue,but the adhesive substitution method is more convenient to operate and has a better effect on reducing adhesive residue.
