摘要
目的通过2008—2018 年10 年间口腔种植固定修复77 例上部结构失败的病例,探讨失败的原因,并寻求相应的处理及解决方法。方法本文选取的种植固定修复上部结构失败病例,排除了种植外科手术方面因素,主要从修复各设计层面进行原因分析。结果种植固定义齿上部结构失败原因以术前未以修复为导向,设计不当为主,其他原因如修复材料的选择,固位方式及患者因素等也较为常见。结论种植固定修复上部结构失败的原因复杂多样,种植术前应以修复为导向,注重咬合设计,选择合适的修复体,重视定期复诊及咬合调整,可有效降低种植修复的失败率。
Objective To analyze the causes of 77 failure cases in the past 10 years from 2008 to 2018, and to find appropriate treatment and solution to the upper structure of the implant fixed restoration. Methods The failed upper implant dentures cases selected in this paper excluded the surgical factors, mainly from the repair design level to analyze the reasons. Results The reasons of failure of implant upper denures were not guided by repair, and the main reason was improper design. Other reasons such as the choice of repair materials, the retention methods and the patient factors were also common. Conclusion The reasons for the failure of oral cavity prosthesis are complex and multiform, implant surgery should be oriented to repair, pay attention to occlusal design, select appropriate prostheses and pay attention to regular follow-up and occlusion adjustment, which can effectively reduce the failure rate of implant repair.
