摘要
目的:探讨上颌窦底冲顶提升法与上颌窦内提升工具盒(CAS-KIT)提升法在上颌窦底提升术中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年6月于黔西南州中医医院口腔科行上颌窦底提升术的患者60例,经随机数字分类法分为CAS-KIT组和冲顶组,各30例。CAS-KIT组采用CAS-KIT提升法实施液压提升治疗,冲顶组采用上颌窦底冲顶提升法治疗。比较两组上颌窦提升效果、种植体稳定性及并发症发生情况。结果:术后,两组骨高度均高于术前,且CAS-KIT组高于冲顶组(P<0.05);CAS-KIT组骨提升量大于冲顶组(P<0.05)。两组种植体近侧、远中侧、颊侧、舌侧稳定性指数及并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:上颌窦底冲顶提升法与CAS-KIT提升法的种植体稳定性和安全性均较好,但CAS-KIT辅助下的骨提升量更大,上颌窦底提升优势更显著。
Objective:Toinvestigate the effect of maxillary sinus bottom lifting and internal maxillary sinus lifting tool box(CAS-KIT)in maxillary sinus bottom lifting.Methods:A total of sixty patients who underwent maxillary sinus bottom lifting in the stomatology department of Southwest Guizhou Autonomous Prefecture Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into CAS-KIT group and punching group by random number classification,with thirty patients in each group.CAS-KIT group was treated with CAS-KIT lifting method,and punching group was treated with maxillary sinus bottom lifting method.Maxillary sinus lifting effect,implant stability and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After surgery,the bone height in both groups was higher than before surgery,and that in CAS-KIT group was higher than that in punching group(P<0.05);the bone elevation in CAS-KIT group was higher than that in punching group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the stability index of proximal,distal,buccal and lingual implants and the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Maxillary sinus bottom lifting method and CAS-KIT lifting method have good implant stability and safety,but CAS-KIT assisted bone lifting volume is larger,maxillary sinus floor lifting advantages are more significant.
