摘要
目的初步分析和探讨多学科整合的基于问题的学习模式(problem based learning,PBL)在口腔临床医学生牙周病学教学上的应用,并进行教学反思,完善课程设计。方法选取上海交通大学医学院2016级口腔临床医学专业学生为研究对象,应用多学科整合PBL教学模式对学生施行PBL教学,通过学生问卷和教学讨论反馈等方式进行分析和探索。结果共计回收有效问卷32份,多学科整合PBL课程设计得到了大部分学生的认可,提高了学生主动学习的兴趣。同时也反映出在PBL教案、师资力量和教学设备等方面尚可进一步优化。结论在传统口腔医学教学中结合多学科整合的PBL教学模式对培养医学生主动学习能力和整体临床思维有良好的效果。
Objective To analysis and discuss the application of multidisciplinary problem based learning(PBL)curriculum in periodontology education for dental students and to improve the curriculum design.Methods Grade 2016 dental students in School of Stomatology at Shanghai JiaoTong University were included in the education study,while multidisciplinary PBL curriculum were implemented in the periodontology PBL program.Student questionnaires and tutor feedbacks were used to evaluate and analysis the teaching effectiveness.Results 32 questionnaires were collected.The multidisciplinary PBL curriculum was well recognized by most students,which increased students’ interest in active learning,but the PBL teaching case,the PBL tutor team and the teaching equipment should be further optimized and improved.Conclusion The multidisciplinary PBL teaching model combined with traditional stomatology lecture based learning(LBL)teaching had an optimal effect on stimulating students’ active learning and overall clinical thinking.
