摘要
研制一款头部CT扫描定位装置(简称头托),为操作人员进行头部CT扫描过程中更换不同头托节省时间,以及头部肿瘤患者模拟定位中头部位置摆位提供参考依据。此定位装置底座、夹板托板等部位选用碳纤维复合材料制成,内有带胶垫的托板可调节头部位置,两侧有带气囊夹持板夹持固定头部,既方便固定头部同时增加患者舒适感。在保证图像质量的基础上,为CT操作人员和模拟定位人员节省时间,尤其在模拟定位人员平常摆位60 min以上,采用此头托可节省诊疗时间约20 min,可有效提高操作人员工作效率,是一款结构简单、实用经济的头部CT扫描定位装置。
Designed a positioning device of diagnosis and treatment on head(referred to as head bracket) so as to save time for operators in replacing different head brackets in the process of computed tomography(CT) scanning on head, and to provide a reference for positioning of head in the simulation positioning of patients with head tumor. The pedestal and splint supporting plate of the positioning device are made of carbon fiber composite material. The supporting plate with rubber pad could adjust the position of head, and the head was clamped and fixed by the air bag clamping plate on both sides. It is convenient to fix the head and it could increase the comfort of patients. On the basis of ensuring the image quality, it can save time for CT operators and simulation positioning personnel, especially for simulation positioning personnel who spent more than 60 minutes to set their position. Using this head bracket can save more than 20 minutes. The utility model can increase the work efficiency of operators, and it is favorable positioning device which structure is simple and that is practical and economic in diagnosing and treating head.
