摘要
目的调查及了解患者及医护人员对神经外科头部固定装置使用的情况。方法选取2013年8月至2015年6月期间南通大学第二附属医院神经外科一病区(头部固定装置组)及二病区(普通绑带组)收治的患者资料各80例,对比包扎效果统计数据并进行分析。结果 2组患者均完成研究,无包扎所致并发症发生。采用神经外科头部固定装置组包扎满意度96%(77/80);普通绑带组满意度85%(68/80)。结论神经外科头部固定装置能有效减轻医护工作量,包扎简单,使用方便,有效保护切口及骨窗下脑组织,提高了临床安全性。
Objective To investigate and understand use status of fixed head device in the patient and medical staff of neurosurgery. Methods During August 2013 to June 2015, trials of the first ward（group of fixed head device） and the second ward（normal group） of the Second Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University were 80 cases patients with data, and statistics and analysis for dressing effect. Results The satisfaction of group of fixed head device is 96%（77/80）; normal group is 85%（68/80）. Conclusion Head fixing device can effectively reduce the medical work, dress simple, easy to use, effectively protect the incision and tissue, can improve the clinical safety.
