摘要
目的观察分析良恶性颅脑肿瘤的6排CT诊断效果。方法选取我院2016年5月~2017年5月收治的200例疑诊脑肿瘤患者为本次实验研究对象,所有患者均进行6排CT平扫以及灌注增强扫描,观察良恶性颅脑肿瘤6排CT检出情况。结果 6排CT良性颅脑肿瘤灵敏度、准确性分为92.0%、84.0%,6排CT恶性颅脑肿瘤灵敏度、准确性分为91.0%、82.0%,恶性颅脑肿瘤BF、BV、PS值均明显高于良性颅脑肿瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 6排CT诊断可有效反映个体患者脑肿血流变化情况,从而为良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断提供重要参考依据。
Objective To observe the diagnostic effect of 6 row CT diagnosis of benign and malignant craniocerebral tumor. Methods Two hundred patients with suspected craniocerebral tumor treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and performed 6 row CT scan and perfusion scan. The 6 row CT detection of benign and malignant craniocerebral tumor was observed. Results The sensitivity and accuracy of 6 row CT benign craniocerebral tumors were 92% and 84%. The sensitivity and accuracy of 6 row CT malignant craniocerebral tumors were 91% and 82%. The values of BF, BV and PS in malignant craniocerebral tumors were significantly higher than those in benign brain tumors, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The diagnosis of 6 row CT can effectively reflect the changes of blood flow in the individual patients, thus providing an important reference for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors.
