摘要
目的:优化软式内窥镜清洗消毒流程,使其在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防控中的清洗消毒更具有合理性和有效性。方法:根据内镜中心疫情防控的需求,结合其诊疗方案和内窥镜专业学会的指南,对软式内窥镜清洗消毒技术规范中不适于疫情防控的流程进行调整,增加预消毒与测漏的同步设计,并明确在疫情期间的实操要点。结果:以预消毒为特征的软式内窥镜清洗消毒新流程,加强了污染内窥镜接收及转运的管理,预消毒环节的创新流程有效地杀灭了附着在内窥镜上的新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV),降低了后续清洗消毒环节感染的风险。结论:软式内窥镜清洗消毒新流程较传统方法更有利于防止2019-nCoV传播,降低内窥镜中心洗消人员和诊疗人员的感染风险,确保疫情下内窥镜洗消质量,具有重要的应用价值。
Objective: To optimize the process of cleaning and disinfection of flexible endoscope so as to obtain more rationality and effectiveness of the process of cleaning and disinfection of flexible endoscopes in preventing and controlling the pandemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19). Methods: Adjusted the process that was unfit for preventing and controlling pandemic in the technical specification of cleaning and disinfection of flexible endoscopes according to the requirement of preventing and controlling pandemic of endoscope center and combining with the scheme of diagnosis and treatment and the guidance of professional society of endoscope. And synchronous design of pre-disinfection and testing leakage was added, and the key point of actual operation during pandemic period was determined. Results: The new process of cleaning and disinfection of flexible endoscopes that pre-disinfection was used as feature strengthened the management of the reception and transfer of contaminating endoscopes. And the innovative process in the step of pre-disinfection could effectively sterilize the novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV) that attached to the endoscope, and reduce the risk of 2019-nCoV infection in the steps of subsequent cleaning and disinfection. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional method, the new process of cleaning and disinfection of flexible endoscope is more conducive to prevent the spread of 2019-nCoV and it can reduce the infection risk of decontamination personnel and diagnostic and treatment personnel in the endoscopic center. And it can ensure the decontamination quality of endoscope under pandemic, and has important application value.
